Water Damage – Nashville Bathroom
Water damage in this Nashville bathroom was the result of a water line break that fed to the sink. The fittings just came loose and sent water spraying everywhere. Before it was discovered, it had affected twelve hundred square feet of carpeting, tile, baseboard and drywall. SERVPRO of Madison-Goodlettsville was called in to clean up the water and dry the house. We needed a sizeable quantity of water removal equipment pieces along with a complimentary amount of dehumidifiers to aid the drying process. We had to cut portions of the drywall out to allow the drying equipment to dry between the walls. We were able to remove and dry the majority of the baseboard. The tile in the bathroom needed removing to dry the subfloor. At the completion of the project, the homeowners were exceptionally pleased.
