A Madison School Office and a Running Sink
Water flowed onto this tile floor in the back office of administrative school staff. The sink was left running, and the clean, uncontaminated pooling water was readily vacuumed and mopped up by our SERVPRO technician. The concern was to reduce the RH, relative humidity increase, and to prevent the water molecules from entering the duct work. Mitigating the water loss was easy, we also had to make sure that the potential for mold growth was around zero. So we used a bit of overkill and positioned several air movers and dehumidifiers to capture the airborne moisture to ensure a safe environment for our students and employees. We proudly assist our local communities.
