Madison Water Extraction

This business center's tile and carpet flooring in Madison was covered with a layer of water from a broken water line in the restrooms on the left side of this photo. The management company, utilizing the SERVPRO provided ERP (Emergency Ready Profile), dialed us up and we responded knowing the situation at this commercial building. We suctioned out the water and set up numerous air movers and large industrial dehumidifiers to relieve the lobby air of excessive moisture. The next morning, the RH, relative humidity, was once again in the comfortable range, we deodorized this area of the building, and the businesses were ready for business by the 9:00 AM opening times.
